Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 July 2026
This policy explains what information Ordrly ("we", "us", "the game") collects when you use ordrlygame.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We've tried to keep it plain and honest.
The short version
- You can play Ordrly without creating an account or giving us your name.
- Your game progress is stored on your own device, not on our servers, unless you choose to sign in.
- We show advertising through Google AdSense, which uses cookies. You can control this through the consent choices shown to you and through Google's own settings.
- We don't sell your personal data.
Information stored on your device
Ordrly uses your browser's local storage to remember things that make the game work — your Daily Challenge progress and history, your streak, your Classic high scores, and similar gameplay preferences. This information stays in your browser on your device. It is not sent to us, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for Ordrly.
Optional accounts and leaderboards
If you choose to sign in to submit scores to the leaderboards, we use Supabase to handle authentication and to store your submitted scores and the display name you choose. In that case we process your email address (for sign-in) and your chosen display name and scores (to show on leaderboards). If you'd like your account and associated scores deleted, contact us using the details below and we'll remove them.
Advertising and cookies
Ordrly is free to play, and we help cover its costs by showing ads. We use Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service provided by Google.
- Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to Ordrly and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
- For more information on how Google uses data when you use our site, see Google's Privacy & Terms.
Your consent choices
If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or another region with similar rules, you will be asked for your consent regarding the use of cookies for advertising before personalised ads are shown. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the consent options provided on the site. Where you do not consent to personalised advertising, you may still see non-personalised ads.
Third-party services we rely on
To provide the game we use a small number of third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google AdSense — advertising.
- Supabase — optional account sign-in and leaderboard storage.
- Our hosting and content-delivery provider — serving the website; standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be processed to deliver and secure the site.
- Open data sources such as Wikidata and REST Countries — these supply game content; requests to them are made to fetch data, not to share information about you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because most gameplay data lives only in your browser, you can exercise a great deal of control yourself simply by clearing your browser's site data. For anything held in an account, contact us and we'll help.
Children
Ordrly is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
